These two wood fired stoneware cups (2x4x4.5) were selected by Mike Stumbras, juror of "Twin Cups: National Ceramic Exhibition." The exhibit was held in 2018 Missouri Western State University by the Clay Guild, St. Joseph, MO. They were fired in the second chamber and are high fired (2,400F), and like all of my work is dishwasher and microwave safe. They work for tea, espresso, cappaccino, or deserts.

All pots are high fired (2,400F) stoneware or porcelain. They are wood fired in a wood burning kiln for over 24 hours. As the flame crosses the pots, iron is drawn to the surface so the flames 'draw' permanent flashing marks on the pot, and the ash melts to form a glaze. All work is food safe, and dishwasher and microwave safe.
