These three-tiered mugs are great for morning coffee or tea (8oz). Gently squared with the ridges on the side, they nestly in your hand. The handles are broad for a comfortable grip. They are wood fired for 24 hours with over two chords of wood. There are two choices for glaze, either the satin green (which is fired in second chamber where salt is added) or shino (which is fired in the first chamber that maximizes the effects of the ash and flashing). They hold 8 ounces of coffee,tea or your favorite beverage. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. The pictures are of representative mugs.

The pots are high fired (2,400F) stoneware. They are wood fired in a wood burning kiln for over 24 hours. As the flame crosses the pots, iron is drawn to the surface so the flames 'draw' permanent flashing marks on the pot, and the ash melts to form a glaze. All work is food safe, and dishwasher and microwave safe.
